FIND A PROVIDER To find a provider, go to https://vsp.com and click on Find a Doctor. REPLACE A LOST CARD With VSP, the provider can find you by using your social security number in the VSP system.
A: It is always good to get pre-authorization and an estimate from the physician's office as to what your share of the expense would be. If you have choices of treatment, it would also be good to get the difference in cost of each procedure.
